A Weekend Residence Course allows you to take extra time for deeper rest and clearer experiences of Transcendental Consciousness under the guidance of an experienced teacher of the Transcendental Meditation program.
The relaxing routine includes extended practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique, group discussions about experiences in meditation and activity, videotaped lectures by Maharishi on higher states of consciousness, and a chance to meet other meditators from your region. The course fee covers room, board, and tuition.
